If you have never tried German Pancakes then you are missing something divine. Often eaten for breakfast, German pancakes are a delicious way to start the day.Prep Time: 5 minutesCook time: 10-15 minutes
Yield: 1 Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 drops Almond Extract
- 1 cube butter

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt Butter in 12×14 pan. Remove. Heat Oven to 400′F. Blend other ingredients. Pour on top of butter. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.

- 1 Red Apple
- 1 c Hot water
- ½ cup of sugar
- Small piece of lemon peel

Blender. Heat on stove or in microwave for 1 minute.
Slice up a strawberry to top it all off.
