Happy New Year! Your thoughts are certainly intriguing as others furiously set to writing their own resolutions or revising them. My overarching goal of wasting food rather than waisting food (a play on words to illustrate my goal of better incorporating portion control and restraint to my eating habits) will ultimately help me to lose weight, eat healthier, be more in touch with my body, save money, and reduce waste (by learning to better portion food in the first place). If I can follow in this goal for a whole year, I think I will have a lot to be proud of.
